OUR PROCESS

Your Project is our Priority Every Step of the Way

From our first meeting to delivery of your handmade products, we take care at every step to make the process as smooth and streamlined as possible.

Get in Touch

Contact us here, email us at contact@decorativa.fr or drop us a WhatsApp message to tell us a little about your project.

Initial Meeting

We will meet either in person, or via a video call to discuss your project and your expectations in detail. We'll talk about colours, textures, materials, and dimensions as well as project delivery timing.

Choose Your Fabrics

During our second meeting, (ideally this will be in-person) we will bring the samples of the fabrics we have sourced for you. If we can't meet in person, samples can be posted to you. We will run through all options together and help you to choose the most appropriate materials for your luxury soft furnishings.

Project Estimate

Once we have agreed on the project details including final fabric choice and collecting accurate measurements, we will prepare a pricing estimate and give you a projected timeline for delivery.

Production

Once you accept the estimate, we will begin production. 
The accepted estimate is bindin
g and once production begins, we will not be able to apply any significant changes to your project.

06

Delivery & Installation

When your order is complete, we will deliver your bespoke soft furnishings at your convenience. We can even assist with installation and give advice on aftercare and maintenance.
